These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VIRTUS website and recruitment services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

VIRTUS ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-assisted recruitment services connecting candidates with employers. You can contact us at kia@virtusrecruit.com.

2. Using our Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information;
Use the Services to infringe the rights of others;
Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Services;
Copy, scrape or reuse content from the Services without our permission.

3. Candidates

Our Services are free for candidates. Information you provide may be shared with prospective employers as part of the recruitment process. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.

4. Employers

Recruitment services for employers are provided under a separate engagement or mandate agreement, which sets out the applicable fees and terms. In the event of a conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including text, design, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to VIRTUS and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

6. No guarantee of outcome

We work hard to deliver quality outcomes, but we do not guarantee that any candidate will be placed in a role or that any role will be filled. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIRTUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Third-party links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VIRTUS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
